Paul Rayson

Paul Rayson serves as the Chair of the ASX Business Committee since September 2023 and has been the Chief Executive Officer of Hearts and Minds Investments Limited since November 2018. At Hearts and Minds Investments Ltd, the organization focuses on investing in a concentrated securities portfolio while also supporting medical research. Additionally, Paul Rayson holds advisory roles for ListedReserve and Wholesale Investor, along with being a member of the Advisory Board for Active Property Group. Prior experience includes managing director roles at CommSec and Colonial Mutual, and a CFO position at Commonwealth Bank of Australia, overseeing Wealth Management. Paul Rayson began a career in finance with Ferrier Hodgson Corporate Advisory and has achieved Fellowship status with the Institute of Chartered Accountants. Paul Rayson pursued academic studies at Swinburne University of Technology from 1983 to 1988.
