Stephen Knight

Stephen Knight has extensive experience in corporate governance and financial management, currently serving as Chair and Non-Executive Director of ASX Clearing and Settlement Boards since June 2019. Knight is also an Advisory Board member at the Australian Office of Financial Management, where responsibilities include chairing the Audit & Risk Committee. Additionally, positions include Independent Member of the Asset Liability Committee at Housing Australia, Non-Executive Director roles at Hall & Wilcox, Sydney Financial Forum, and Primary Ethics, and Advisory Board Member at Nomura Australia Ltd. Knight has a background in executive coaching with Foresight Global Coaching and previously held Director roles at FIIG Securities and OneVue Group.
