Robert Kelly is an experienced legal professional with a diverse background in various high-profile organizations. After earning a JD from Yale Law School, Robert began a career as an Associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher from October 1990 to February 1996. Robert then served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at WellPoint from April 1996 to February 2005. Following this, Robert worked at DreamWorks Animation as Deputy General Counsel from September 2006 to December 2016 and later became General Counsel at Quibi from March 2018 to December 2022. Currently, Robert is a Member of the Board of Directors for AsylumWorks, a position held since August 2025. Robert holds a BA from Stanford University, attended from 1985 to 1987.
