Arsh Sidhu currently serves as the Director of Ecommerce at ASYSTEM. Prior to this role, Arsh was with Friendbuy from July 2018 to May 2019, where they oversaw sales and partnerships for the company. Friendbuy is a SaaS platform that enables referral programs for major e-commerce brands. Some of their notable clients include Walmart, Intuit, and Disney.
Before Friendbuy, Arsh was a Fellow at Venture for Canada from April 2015 to July 2017. Arsh was a founding member of the sales team for Shopify Plus - a new unit focused on online stores that transact over $1M annually. Arsh was one of the top performers at Shopify Plus and contributed $5M in revenue over their tenure. Arsh was also involved in building the outbound new business strategy, understanding product/market fit, ICPs, buyer profiles, outreach strategy, etc.
Arsh has also mentored new reps who were recent grads and new to software sales. Two reps that they mentored ended up being Top 10 contributors in 2017. Some of the notable companies that Arsh has been involved with include Bonobos, Afterpay, NBC, Untuckit, FIGS., WHOOP, Hubble Contacts, Jeffrey Campbell, Trackr, Ford, Allergan, Yara International, Mondelez, Browning Arms, and The New York Times.
Arsh Sidhu has an HBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University and a Bachelor of Business Administration with Co-op Option from Wilfrid Laurier University.
