Kathi Cropp has extensive experience in transaction support, project analysis, business development, and customer service. Currently serving as the Transaction Support Manager at ATA since December 2014, Kathi leads the Global Transaction Support Team to facilitate accurate order processing across all sites. Previous roles at ATA included SAP Project Analyst, responsible for the implementation of SAP Fiori in the German division, and Business Development Executive for the DACH region. Kathi also has a background in language services, teaching German and English, and has held various customer service roles at American Airlines. Kathi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Language Interpretation and Translation from Heidelberg University and completed the Abitur at Gymnasium Gleichense.
