Anthony Whitaker is an experienced Project Engineer at ATA Engineering since October 2016, where responsibilities include design and analysis. Previously, at the University of California, San Diego, from October 2014 to June 2016, Anthony served as a Graduate Research Assistant, designing a mechanical impact test apparatus and developing algorithms for detecting impact damage in composites. Additionally, Anthony was a Lead Teaching Assistant, guiding undergraduate students in project design and analysis. Earlier experience includes a Research & Development Internship at UTC Aerospace Systems, focusing on nacelle performance enhancements, and multiple internships at McIntosh & Associates, gaining comprehensive knowledge in civil engineering project stages. Anthony holds both a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Structural Engineering from UC San Diego.
