Carl Pray is currently the Manager of ATA Engineering's Eastern Region Office, bringing over 15 years of experience as a noise and vibration engineer and more than a decade as an aerospace structural dynamics engineer and analyst. They have developed expertise in sound and vibration data acquisition and vibroacoustic product development for diverse applications, including rocket engines and naval propulsion systems. Carl previously served as a Structural Dynamics Engineer at Hamilton Sundstrand and a Noise and Vibration Engineer at Penn State University. They hold a Bachelor of Science from Kettering University and a Master of Science from Penn State University.
