Rory R. Davis, PhD, is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in mechanical engineering services, currently serving as Lead Engineer of Analysis-Driven Design and Senior Technical Advisor at ATA Engineering since October 2012. Prior to joining ATA Engineering, Rory was the CEO and Chief Engineer at Convergence Engineering Corp. from November 1990 to September 2012, where expertise encompassed design, analysis, and testing. Earlier experience includes a role as Lead Structural Dynamics Engineer at Gencorp Aerojet from June 1984 to November 1990, focusing on turbomachinery rotordynamics and structural/fluid coupling. Rory holds a PhD, MS, and BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Davis, obtained between 1975 and 1989.
