Tara Welch

Tara Welch, MBA, PHR-CA, SHRM-CP, serves as the Human Resources Director at ATA Engineering since January 2017, previously holding the role of Human Resources Manager. Prior experience includes Senior Director of Human Resources & Talent Acquisition and Director of Human Resources at ENCORE SEMI, as well as Manager of Administration & Human Resources at ATA Engineering, Inc. Tara's experience encompasses a full range of HR responsibilities, including recruitment, benefits management, and employee retention strategies. Additional roles include Server Trainer at California Pizza Kitchen and Business Development Intern at Roush Media. Tara holds an MBA in Management from San Diego State University and a B.S. in Marketing from California State University, Northridge, and is an active member of San Diego SHRM and national SHRM.
