Marshall Warwaruk

Marshall Warwaruk is an accomplished strategic advisor and partner with extensive experience in the technology and health IT sectors. Currently serving as a Strategic Advisor at Atadas, Inc., since February 2020, Marshall assists in developing go-to-market strategies for an innovative health IT platform aimed at improving treatments for patients with Opioid Use Disorder. In addition, Marshall holds partner positions at Collective Exec and ORION M&A, and is the Managing Partner at DMI Group, focusing on maximizing shareholder value for technology entrepreneurs. Previously, Marshall was a Vice President at The Corum Group, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate development roles at Ontrack Data International and Sterling Software. Marshall’s leadership experience extends back to positions such as Executive Vice President at Zim and President/CEO at Simware.
