Miili Reponen

Miili Reponen has a diverse work experience with various roles in different companies. Starting from 2019, Miili worked at aTalent Recruiting, where they held positions such as Senior Talent Sourcing Manager, Team Lead, Recruitment Manager & Talent Research Specialist, and Recruitment Manager Trainee. In 2023, they worked as a Talent Sourcing Consultant at Prime Island and Mysteerio Oy, both on behalf of aTalent. Prior to that, Miili had a summer trainee role at Neste, where they were involved in HR development tasks. Miili also worked as a Currency Trader at FOREX Bank and as an HR Trainee at UPM - The Biofore Company. Their earliest work experience includes roles as a Storage worker at Valio and as a Restaurant Worker at Hesburger.

Miili Reponen has a Master's degree in Administrative Science from the University of Tampere (2017-2019) and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same university (2013-2017). Additionally, they attended Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna for Service Management (2018-2019). Prior to university, Miili Reponen graduated from Riihimäen lukio (2010-2013).
