Teo Hova

Teo Hova has extensive work experience in sales and account management. Teo started their career as a Sales Coordinator at aTalent Recruiting in June 2018, focusing on recruiting highly educated professionals in the fields of business, engineering, and IT. In October 2018, they were promoted to the role of Account Manager and continued in this position until January 2021. Teo then advanced to the role of Senior Account Manager from January 2021 to January 2022. Teo further progressed to the position of Senior Account Manager & Sales Mentor from January 2022 to October 2023. Teo is currently working as a Sales Team Lead at aTalent, a position they have held since October 2023.

Before joining aTalent, Teo also gained experience as an Account Executive at Fragus Warranty Finland, where they launched a sales program for an existing product and conducted pilot testing from June 2017 to September 2017.

Additionally, Teo Hova served as a Board Member at Aalto Economics from December 2017 to December 2018 and held the role of Head of Study Affairs from December 2016 to December 2017.

Teo Hova holds a Master's degree in Information and Service Management from Aalto University, which they obtained from 2018 to 2022. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Aalto University, from 2015 to 2019. Additionally, Teo Hova had a brief exchange semester at the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg in 2018 towards their Bachelor's degree.
