Delphine Caselli

Delphine Caselli is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Directrice des Ressources Humaines at ATALIAN since March 2023, Delphine previously held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at Sonepar France from May 2019 to February 2023, where responsibilities included supporting transformation within the Digital Solutions Division and managing key competencies. Prior to that, Delphine held several HR leadership roles at Filassistance, the Office Public de l'Habitat Montreuillois, Vision IT Group, and Camif.fr, with a strong focus on employee relations, recruitment, and personnel administration. Delphine is academically grounded with a Master's degree in Human Resources from IAE de Poitiers and a Master's in Work Psychology from UFR Sciences humaines et sociales Poitiers.
