Alexandre Zyngier hold a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Campinas, Brazil, and a Master of Business Administration in Finance Accounting from the University of Chicago. Alexandre Zyngier has an extensive experience in financial planning, strategy and M&A, and has held positions at McKinsey, Goldman Sachs & Co, Deutsche Bank and Alden Global Capital. From 2009 to 2013, he was a Portfolio Manager for Alden Global Capital.
Alexandre Zyngier is the founding partner of Batuta Capital Advisors LLC, where he works actively with a selection of companies and credit/equity investors to execute special situation credit/equity financings. He is also a member of the board of GT Advanced Technologies, Inc., a private company in the advanced materials sector, as well as AudioEye, Inc., a technology company that provides web access to individuals with disability.
