Justin McCarthy is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in commercialization, strategy, and operations. Currently serving as the Director of Commercialization at Atari since May 2023, Justin previously held multiple leadership roles at Pathrise, including Head of Program Strategy & Operations, where responsibilities included expanding the team and launching initiatives to enhance revenue and customer satisfaction. Prior to Pathrise, Justin contributed as Strategy & Operations Manager at AIM Brands during the COVID-19 pandemic, helping to develop at-home testing solutions. With an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University, Justin has also gained valuable experience in project management and product development through internships at companies such as PayPal, Catalytic, and Riviter, as well as a significant tenure at Mercedes-Benz U.S. International. Additionally, Justin founded PhoDOGraphy Bham LLC, reflecting entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to innovation.
