Ryan Rabaglia

Ryan Rabaglia is currently a Partner at RISE Capital and serves as a Non Executive Director at atato. They co-founded Libra Capital, where they also hold the position of Chief Investment Officer. With extensive experience in trading, Ryan has held significant roles including Managing Director and Global Head of Institutional Sales and Trading at Blockchain.com. They previously co-founded Asia's first crypto OTC trading desk at Octagon Strategy Ltd. and have worked as an Oil Trader at Brightoil. Ryan earned a BA in Economics from Stony Brook University, completing their studies in 2000.
