Kerry Carter has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kerry began their career in 2002 as a Research Assistant at Fogarty Research. From 2003 to 2007, Kerry played professional football in the National Football League (NFL). Kerry then joined the Montreal Alouettes as a Professional Football Player from 2007 to 2011.

In 2004, Kerry founded the Think Big Foundation and served as the Founder-President until 2010. In 2010, they became the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Viva Vision, where they worked until 2012.

Kerry then founded JumpIt Media Inc. in 2012 and served as the Founder and Chief Operating Officer (C.O.O) until 2014. In the same year, they started working at The Apex Agency as the Founder and CEO, a role they held until 2016.

From 2014 to 2017, Kerry took on a role at Juma Ventures as part of the Local Seattle Board, where they connected the organization with PR, social, and revenue opportunities with the Seahawks & Sounders.

Kerry's most recent work experience is at Atavus Football, where they have held various positions. From 2016 to 2020, they served as the Vice President of Football Operations. In December 2020, they transitioned to the role of Chief Operating Officer, a position they currently hold.

Kerry Carter attended Stanford University from 1999 to 2003 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Cultural and Social Anthropology with a field of study in Medical Anthropology.
