William Rafferty

William Rafferty is an experienced sports coach and analyst with a background in economics. Currently serving as a full-time Assistant Coach at Oregon State University since October 2021, William oversees training sessions, coordinates nationwide scouting of potential student-athletes, manages communication with over 150 prospects, and organizes team travel logistics. Prior experience includes working as an Analyst at Atavus, where William specialized in film study and data processing for sports science, and as an Assistant Coach at Moorestown Rowing Club, successfully coaching teams to competitive finals. William's earlier career includes a financial analyst internship at Pinnacle Associates and a managerial position at Jimmy John's, showcasing a well-rounded skill set in both sports and business. William earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Marietta College in May 2021.
