John Dick

John Dick serves as the Managing Director of Derivatives Credit Risk at ATB Financial, a position held since November 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing counterparty credit risks associated with the bank's derivatives-related business activities. Prior to this, John was the First Director at TC Risk Consultants Inc., collaborating with ATB Financial to review derivative-related processes from April 2012 to November 2013. John also contributed as a Trading Floor Credit Risk Specialist at Scotiabank Global Banking and Markets from June 2009 to January 2012, where guidance was provided on designing a Credit Risk system. Earlier career experience includes a Senior Director/General Manager role at CIBC from May 1989 to March 2009, focusing on Trading Floor Risk Management and managing a team of credit analysts in derivative credit risk. John holds an Hons. Business degree in Finance and Statistics from McMaster University.
