Quentin Sinclair

Quentin Sinclair, MBA, is an accomplished leader in community impact with extensive experience in non-profit and community development sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Community Impact at ATB Financial since August 2023, Quentin previously held a similar role at United Way of Calgary and Area from March 2020 to August 2023. From August 2017 to February 2020, Quentin was the Senior Manager at the Calgary Homeless Foundation, focusing on health outcomes and housing supports for vulnerable populations. Earlier positions include Executive Director at the Hillhurst-Sunnyside Community Association and managerial roles in human resources and employee relations at the Canadian Mental Health Association - Calgary Region, The Linde Group, and the University of Guelph Central Student Association. Education includes a BAH in International Development from the University of Guelph and an Executive MBA in Social Enterprise Leadership from the University of Fredericton, as well as additional qualifications in community economic development and human resource management.
