Ramy Behbehani

Ramy Behbehani has extensive experience in pharmaceutical services and regulatory affairs, with a comprehensive career spanning over two decades in various leadership roles. From September 1999 to March 2019, Ramy served as Superintendent at Kuwait Drug & Food Control, also holding multiple positions within the Drug and Food Control Administration including Drug Licensing Superintendent and Medicines Laboratory Superintendent. Ramy briefly worked as Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Director at Warba Medical Supplies Company in October 2025. Subsequent roles included Business Development Manager at ATC from March 2019 to November 2020, and Vice President for the Pharma Department and Director of Advanced Therapeutics Department at Advanced Technology Company from December 2021 to October 2023. Ramy holds a Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Services and Medicines Control from the University of Bradford and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Liverpool John Moores University.
