Andy Glover is the Independent Non-Executive Chair of ATC Group PLC and has served as a senior independent director for All Things Considered Group PLC since December 2021. Previously, Glover was an audit partner at EY from 1996 to 2018, focusing on mid-market businesses and IPOs. Prior to EY, Glover held the position of group chief accountant at Wagon PLC and qualified as an audit trainee at PwC. Glover earned a BSc in Mathematics from Queen Mary University of London and holds extensive experience in the audit sector and corporate governance.
