Gino Bruni

Gino Bruni is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel - Regulatory at ATCO since October 2025. Prior experience includes a substantial tenure at Torys LLP from July 2014 to October 2025, where Gino held the roles of Associate and Student-at-Law. Gino also gained experience as a Student-at-Law at the Alberta Court of Appeal from September 2013 to July 2014, as well as a Summer Student at Torys LLP in 2011. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Jurisprudence (Law) from the University of Oxford, a Master's in Applied Science (Nuclear Engineering), and a degree in Chemical Engineering, all from the Royal Military College of Canada. Gino's background also features engineering experience with ATCO Pipelines and military service as a Reserve Officer in the Canadian Forces.
