Luc Besner

Luc Besner is an experienced and effective people builder and manager with a diverse skill set in project and information technology. Currently serving as the Lead Instructional Designer at ATCO, they are responsible for developing and delivering technical e-learning training modules. Luc has previously held roles in various organizations, including Technical Training Specialist at CPA Canada and Senior System Analyst for the Government of Alberta. They possess strong technical training development skills and are bilingual in English and French, enhancing their professional presentation and facilitation capabilities. Luc earned a Private Pilot License from Strait Flying School and a degree in Micro-Computer Engineering Technology from Saint Lawrence College.
