Shane Ellis is a seasoned engineering and construction professional currently serving as Vice President of Engineering and Construction at ATCO since September 2019. With a progressive career at ATCO, Shane has also held titles including Vice President of South Operations and Technology, Vice President of District Operations, and Vice President of District Operations & Technical Services. Prior roles at ATCO Gas from May 2006 to September 2019 include Senior Manager of Operations and Manager of Yellowhead East. Shane’s career began as a Co-Op Student at Sintra Engineering in 2003. An educational foundation in mechanical engineering was established at the University of Alberta, where a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) was earned, following initial studies in engineering at Grant MacEwan.
