Steven Kley is an experienced and business-minded in-house counsel currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at ATCO. Previously, Steven held roles including Senior Advisor in Corporate Development & Strategy and Manager for both Corporate Development & Strategy and Clean Fuels Development at ATCO EnPower. Steven began their legal career as an Articled Clerk at the Court of Appeal of Alberta and further developed expertise in Energy Law while working at TC Energy and Bennett Jones. With a Bachelor of Laws from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Calgary, Steven combines strategic thinking with a commitment to aligning energy transition with shareholder value.
