Troy G. Steele is a seasoned Program and Project Manager Specialist with extensive experience in project management and system delivery across various sectors, including Health, Transportation, and Telecommunications. Currently, Troy serves as a Contractor and Senior Information Technology Advisor at ATCO, where they manage critical aspects of Oracle CCS projects. Troy previously held leadership roles, including Commanding Officer of the South Alberta Light Horse and Project Manager for multiple organizations, demonstrating a strong ability to build collaborative teams and oversee large-scale projects, including ERP implementations with significant budgets. They hold an Honours degree in Applied Arts, Computer Systems from NAIT and have furthered their education through various military and leadership programs.
