Ryan H.

Ryan H. has a diverse background in finance and real estate, starting as an intern at The Blackstone Group in 2004. Ryan then worked as an Analyst at Ernst & Young and Gleacher Fund Advisors before becoming a Senior Analyst at Wells Hill Partners, Ltd. In 2013, they joined Atco Properties as the Senior Vice President of Acquisitions. Most recently, they co-founded Alpha RT in 2021.

Ryan H. attended Regis High School from 1998 to 2002. Ryan then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Finance at Fordham University from 2002 to 2006. Following that, they earned a Master of Science in Real Estate from New York University from 2010 to 2012.
