ATD Maryland is where learning and talent development professionals across the state come together to grow, connect, and elevate the impact of workplace learning.

As the Maryland chapter of the Association for Talent Development, we support practitioners at every stage—trainers, instructional designers, HR and OD leaders, consultants, educators, and anyone committed to helping people and organizations thrive.

Founded in 1949, we’re part of a global network of 140+ ATD chapters, rooted locally and connected worldwide.

Through events, learning experiences, and a strong community of practice, we help professionals build skills, share insights, and stay ahead in a rapidly evolving field.

If you’re passionate about developing talent—from the bay to the boardroom—you’ll find your community here.
