Erez Weinstein is an experienced consultant and entrepreneur with a diverse background spanning various industries, including e-commerce, logistics, marketing, and hospitality. Since July 2018, Erez has been self-employed as an RV Nomad & Vacation Rentals while simultaneously serving as a consultant at W Solutions since January 2010, helping businesses maximize online sales operations. Erez has been mentoring early-stage technology startups at ATDC since January 2013 and has prior consulting experience in tourism, restaurants, and the US retail market from November 2004 to July 2018. Erez was the CEO of Olio & Spices from 2005 to 2009 and previously managed restaurants at Le Meridien Hotels & Resorts. Erez also gained valuable experience working as a bartender at Club Med in the Dominican Republic. Erez holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel/Motel Administration from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and a BA in Business Administration and IT from Reichman University.
