Fred Blumer is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the auto insurance and connected vehicle sectors. Currently serving as CEO of Porsche Auto Insurance and as CEO & Co-Founder of Mile Auto, Inc., Fred Blumer has pioneered innovative insurance models tailored for Porsche drivers and low mileage customers, respectively. Additionally, Fred Blumer holds the position of Advisory Board Member at ATDC and serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors at COAGX Mutual Fund - Gator Capital Management. Previous roles include CEO & Co-Founder of Vehcon, Inc. and Vice President & Co-Founder of Verizon Connect, where significant advancements in vehicle connectivity and usage-based auto insurance were achieved.
