Yolanda Larner is an organizational development and learning & development executive with over 15 years of experience in driving cultural transformation and talent strategy. They currently serve as the President of ATD Central Florida Chapter and have held various leadership roles, including Director of Operations at LHT Learning and Director of Operational Excellence at Black in L&D. Previously, Yolanda worked as a Senior Manager of Learning Development at RTI Surgical® and as an Instructional Design Project Manager at Walt Disney World. Yolanda earned a Bachelor's degree from Southern New Hampshire University and an Associate of Applied Science from Oakland Community College.
