Dan Teale possesses extensive experience in procurement and contract management, currently serving as the Procurement Manager at ateb Group since April 2022. Previous roles include Procurement & Contracts Manager at Orbis Education and Care, Head of Procurement at Active Building Centre, and various positions at Tata Steel in Europe, including Sourcing & Contract Category Manager and Contract Manager. Dan also has experience as a Buyer at both Tata Steel and Corus, as well as serving as a Purchasing Assistant at Ventech Ductwork Services Ltd. Dan's educational background includes attendance at Cynffig Comprehensive School from 2000 to 2006.

ateb is a Housing Association and the parent company to Mill Bay Homes, West Wales Care and Repair and Effective Building Solutions. Our group of companies work across West Wales and have the collective purpose of ‘creating better living solutions’ for the people and communities of West Wales. We currently have over 3000 homes predominantly in Pembrokeshire that we rent on either a social or intermediate rental basis. ateb works closely with its Local Authority and other partners to develop around 150 new homes every year, to meet affordable housing need through a range of tenures such as, for rent, rent to buy or shared ownership. The ateb group consists of around 130 team members and many more partners and suppliers within our wider supply chain. All our activities are governed by our Board and regulated by the Welsh Government.
