Christopher Bennett

Christopher Bennett has a diverse work experience in engineering roles. Christopher is currently working at Alphatec Spine as a Sr. Design Engineer since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked at the same company as a Design Engineer from May 2022 to July 2023.

Before joining Alphatec Spine, Christopher worked at Nortek Control as a Mechanical Engineer from October 2019 to May 2022. Christopher also had an internship experience at Nortek Control as a Test Engineer Intern from June 2018 to August 2018.

During their time at UC Irvine, Christopher was involved in various projects. Christopher was a member of the Autonomous Boat Team from January 2017 to June 2017, where they designed the boat, manufactured parts, and tested the engine's output gear ratio. Christopher also worked on the SAE Formula Race Team from September 2016 to January 2017, where they contributed to designing powertrain components and welding the chassis of the car.

Their earliest work experience was at LEGOLAND California, Inc. where they worked as a LegoLand Waterpark Associate from March 2013 to September 2015.

Christopher Bennett obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from UC Irvine, completing their studies from 2015 to 2019. In addition, they obtained a certification as a SolidWorks Associate - Mechanical Design from Dassault Systèmes in October 2013.
