Christopher Lyons

Senior Director, International Market Development at ATEC Spine

Christopher Lyons has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Christopher is currently serving as the Senior Director of International Market Development at Alphatec Spine. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2021, they founded and managed Hybrid Health Pty Ltd, an ecosystem of healthcare products and services focused on innovation and improving patient outcomes. Christopher was also a Fellow at The RSA from 2017 to 2019. Before that, in 2017, they founded CL Company, a consultancy firm specializing in healthcare and helping businesses launch medical devices in the UK. Earlier in their career, Christopher worked at NuVasive as a Sales & Key Account Manager, and at Orthotech Orthopaedics Pty as a Sales Representative. Christopher also had experience as a Director at Underfeeted Podiatry and as a Professional Football Player for the Queensland Reds.

Christopher Lyons completed their Bachelor's Degree in Science (Health) at QUT (Queensland University of Technology) from 2002 to 2006. Later, from 2013 to 2017, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Melbourne Business School. In 2016, Christopher also participated in an exchange program at Alliance Manchester Business School, where they obtained an additional Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree.
