James E.

James E. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. James started their career as a Regional Leadership Academy participant at the Leadership Program (Delta Sigma Phi) in 2014. James then worked as a Waterfront Lifeguard, Swim Instructor, and Maintenance Worker at the Wyckoff Family Y.M.C.A. from 2011 to 2016. In 2014, they also worked as a Physical Therapist Aide at Excel Orthopedic Rehabilitation.

From 2015 to 2016, James served as a Junior Strength and Conditioning Coach at James Madison University, where they assisted with training athletes and designed strength and conditioning programs. James also worked as a Research Assistant, supporting research projects related to nutrition and exercise.

Afterwards, James transitioned into the recruitment field. James worked at Aerotek from 2016 to 2018, starting as a Recruiter/Sales Intern and later taking on roles such as Campus Student Ambassador and Commercial Recruiter. At Randstad Technologies US, they worked as an Account Executive from 2018 to 2019.

James then joined NuVasive in 2019 as a Sales Representative, where they continued until 2023. Finally, they worked as a Sales Representative at Alphatec Spine starting from 2023.

James E. attended James Madison University from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree. James'smajor was Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science, and they also pursued a minor in Coaching Education. In addition to their academic studies, James E. obtained several certifications. In August 2015, they completed the IRB Research Certification of Training offered by IRB Services - Institutional Review Board Services. In May 2015, James E. obtained certifications in First Aid/CPR/AED and Waterfront Lifeguarding from the American Red Cross. Furthermore, in October 2013, they obtained the Incident Command System (ICS)-200 certification through FEMA.
