Robert Mimms

Robert Mimms has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Robert began their career in education as a History Instructor and Soccer Coach at High Point Central High School from 2000 to 2005. Robert then moved on to Colegio Los Nogales as a Profesor de Sociales in 2005. From 2006 to 2019, they worked at Greensboro Day School as a History Instructor, Global Education Coordinator, and Varsity Soccer Coach. In 2019, they joined West Nottingham Academy as the Dean of Students and Co-Director of Student Life until 2020. Robert then transitioned to The Key School as the Student Leadership Coordinator in 2021. Currently, Robert serves as the Operations Manager at Alphatec Spine, starting in 2023.

Robert Mimms earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Social Science Teacher Education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Robert attended this institution from 1993 to 1998. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Social Science Teacher Education at Appalachian State University, where they studied from 1998 to 2000.
