Tim James

Tim James has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Tim most recently worked at Alphatec Spine as a Software Engineer II, specializing in full stack mobile and web development. Prior to this, Tim held the position of Machinist at Alphatec Spine.

Before their time at Alphatec Spine, Tim was the Co-Founder of Four Things Paper. Tim also worked at Calvary Chapel Mission Hills as the Director Of Volunteers, where they led and developed a volunteer team and focused on team building through events and training.

Tim also has experience in the fast-food industry, where they served as the Director of Training at a Chick-fil-A franchise. Tim created and tracked training material for a large team and mentored team leaders and managers. Additionally, Tim owned and managed their own small business called California Blue printing & design, where they focused on revenue growth and customer relations.

Tim James earned a Bachelor's degree in Software Development from Grand Canyon University, where they studied from 2017 to 2022. Prior to that, they attended Palomar College from 2009 to 2011, majoring in Business Administration and Management, though they did not obtain a degree from there. In terms of additional certifications, Tim obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in October 2022. Tim also completed a Learn Ruby Course from Codecademy in April 2023 and obtained a Sellers Permit from the California State BOE (obtainment month and year not provided).
