Alex Bialley has extensive experience in IT support and engineering roles, beginning as a Production Engineer at Tamura-Europe Ltd from September 2008 to February 2015. Following this, Alex served as an IT Support Engineer at Vysiion Limited until January 2017, before transitioning to Westgate IT in the same month as an IT Support Engineer, albeit for a brief period until July 2017. From January 2017 to August 2022, Alex worked as a Helpdesk Analyst at IMEX Technical Services Ltd. Subsequently, Alex joined Atech Cloud, initially as a 3rd Line Support from August 2022 to January 2025 and advancing to the role of Technical Services Team Lead in January 2025, a position still held.
