Nick Arnold

Nick Arnold is a seasoned professional in the fields of venture capital and private equity, currently serving as Principal at HG Ventures since 2020, where the focus is on investing in disruptive technologies. Additionally, Nick holds the position of Managing Partner at Clove Capital and is the Owner of NJA Real Estate, specializing in small business acquisitions and multifamily real estate investments, respectively. Nick serves as a Board Observer for several innovative companies, including INERATEC, Bind-X, Pretred, Currents, Circulor, Transcend, and Gauge, overseeing advancements in sustainable technologies, waste management, and supply chain solutions. Academically, Nick possesses multiple degrees, including an MS in Engineering Technology from Purdue University, an MBA in Entrepreneurship & Innovation and Finance from Butler University, another MS in Finance from Saint Xavier University, and a BA in Economics from Indiana University Indianapolis.
