As CEO of NEC Brazil from July 2019 to July 2022, Guerra successfully transformed the company's market strategy and organizational structure. Prior to that, Guerra spent 18 years at Nokia in various leadership roles across Latin America, significantly impacting the company's growth and strategic initiatives.
