Fernando Terto is a senior executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in Business Intelligence, Workforce Management, and Customer Experience. Currently serving as the Superintendent of BI at Atento Brasil, they oversee corporate analytical intelligence, data governance, and executive dashboard production.
