Iolanda Bispo

Iolanda Bispo has extensive experience in safety engineering and quality management. Iolanda worked as a supervisor at Contax from November 2007 to May 2015, focusing on people management, operational campaigns, and quality management systems. Following this, Iolanda held several roles, including a geoprocessing intern at INEMA, an assistant in quality management at Grupo MAP, and is currently serving as a safety engineer at Atento and a safety technician at Atento Brasil since December 2023. Iolanda's responsibilities include environmental assessments, risk management, incident investigation, and safety training management. Iolanda holds a degree in Environmental and Sanitary Engineering and a postgraduate specialization in Safety Engineering.
