Jacques Pós

Jacques Pós, MBA, ITIl COBIT, is currently the Gerente de projetos at Atento Brasil, where they manage and implement infrastructure and technology projects for major clients while providing BPO outsourcing services. From 2003 to 2007, Jacques worked as a Consultor de projetos TI at Claro, focusing on implementation and client relationships. Jacques earned an MBA from Universidade Estácio de Sá, specializing in IT governance and project management.
