Jhonatan Ortiz has extensive experience in customer service and operational supervision. From August 2012 to April 2020, Jhonatan held the position of Supervisor de Atendimento ao Cliente at Carrefour, overseeing a team to achieve high-quality customer service and participating in projects aimed at enhancing customer experience. As a small business owner at Genuino Gourmet from May 2020 to December 2022, Jhonatan focused on growth and customer engagement through both digital and face-to-face service. Currently, since August 2022, Jhonatan serves as Supervisor de Operações at Atento, managing operational quality and tracking key performance indicators while also focusing on client relations and new contract acquisitions. Jhonatan holds a Technologist degree in Marketing from Universidade Cidade de São Paulo and a Technologist degree in Analysis and Development of Systems from Universidade Paulista, along with a high school diploma from Senai São Paulo.
