Junior Santos

Junior Santos has 21 years of experience in the contact center market, specializing in operational and financial planning, controlling, and budget management. They served as a Financial Planning Manager and later as a Planning Manager at Atento from 2009 to 2018, overseeing business information for approximately 70 clients. Junior held various managerial roles in planning at Liq and BrasilCenter in 2018 and 2019, and returned to Atento Brasil as a Planning Manager and later as Superintendent of Planning until 2021. Currently, Junior is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and an MBA in Financial Management, Controlling, and Auditing. Additionally, they are an ambassador for the diversity and ethnicity group at Atento Brasil.
