Martin Ramirez

Martin Ramirez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in workforce management and business intelligence within the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. Currently serving as the VP of Global Operations at Atento since October 2017, Martin leads the company's global strategy and analytics initiatives, driving productivity and value enhancement. Martin's previous roles include Global Ops Director and Senior Manager of Workforce Efficiency in South America, as well as key positions in workforce management at VN GLOBAL BPO and TeleTech. Martin holds an MBA from Universidad del CEMA and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Buenos Aires, alongside certifications in English and Portuguese.
