Rafael Rios

Rafael Rios has extensive experience in credit management and client relations, holding significant positions in various organizations. At J.A.Rezende from June 2011 to September 2015, Rafael served as Gerente de Crédito e Cobrança, managing credit portfolios for Orbitall/CitiBank and Banco Itaú. From September 2016 to May 2019, Rafael worked at Atento Brasil, initially as Gestor de Clientes, overseeing credit collection operations for Banco Carrefour, and later as Gerente Executivo de Clientes, responsible for strategic and financial management for prominent clients across various sectors. Prior to this, Rafael worked as Coordenador at Magno Advogados Associados from January 2002 to June 2011, where responsibilities included process management, contract analysis, and legal documentation. Rafael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Universidade Paulista, completed between 1999 and 2004.
