Rafaela Grimaldi

Rafaela Grimaldi is an executive with over 20 years of experience in higher education and more than a decade in customer relationship management and marketing. Rafaela's roles have included Senior Customer Relationship Manager and Business Development Manager at Ilumno, as well as Global Account Operations Manager at Atento, where they lead multi-country operations and strategic client relationships. Rafaela holds a Graduate Diploma in International Trade and Commerce from the University of California, Berkeley, and is currently pursuing a specialization in Marketing at ESPM.
