VP Customer Success at Atera

Sharon Peer is the VP of Customer Success at Atera. Sharon has over 15 years of experience in customer service and IT management. Sharon began their career at Teva Pharmaceuticals in 2003 as an ITSM Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing the company's IT operations. In 2015, they left Teva to join SysAid Technologies Ltd. as their VP of Customer Service. At SysAid, Sharon was responsible for building an offshore support operation from scratch. In 2017, they left SysAid to join Atera as their VP of Customer Success.
